Delete your account

How to delete your account

You can delete your Hyperspace Canon account from inside the app:

Open Hyperspace Canon on your device.
Go to Account.
Sign in if you are not already signed in.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot use the app, email hello@bakkesx.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will process requests as soon as reasonably possible.

What is deleted

Your login / authentication account
Synced tracker data (progress, wishlists, favorite characters) stored with your account
Profile data linked to your account (including profile photo, if any)
Local app data on the device where you confirm deletion from Account

What may be kept

Data that exists only on other devices until you clear storage or open the app while signed out on those devices
Limited records we may need to keep temporarily for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations (then deleted or anonymized when no longer required)

If you never signed in and only used the app locally, clear the app’s storage / site data on your device to remove progress. See also our privacy policy.
